We can send the order directly to your customer. Please keep in mind, however, that it is still considered to be a wholesale order and we do not accept returns or requests for product replacement. If your customer for some reason does not collect the order and it will be returned to us, you will have to pay the cost of re-shipping.
The sender of such a shipment is still Matterhorn Wholesale on the consignment note. It is not possible to personalize the package or to put any marketing materials or invoices/ bills issued by the buyer into it.
