Returns under the First Order Promotion Action:
1. Customers have the right to return products purchased as part of their initial order within 3 days of receipt of delivery.
2. Before initiating a return, the customer must first receive the package.
3. Refunds are only available for orders up to €500 or 430 GBP or 550 USD.
4. Refunds do not include delivery and return shipping costs.
5. Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.
6. The customer should contact us to advise of the intention to return the products and for further instructions.
7. Upon receipt of the return and after confirming the condition of the products, we will refund the customer the appropriate amount for the returned products.
8. The promotion action is only for the first order.
